Hilary Rosen Joins Brunswick Group As Managing Partner of Washington Office

Washington, DC, USA - November 21, 2008, Washington, DC, USA - Brunswick Group LLC announced that Hilary Rosen, CNN Political Contributor, former CEO of the Recording Industry Association of America, has joined the firm as Managing Partner of its Washington, DC, office.

Ms. Rosen is a nationally renowned political strategist, policy expert, new media specialist and communications advisor. Ms. Rosen has more than two decades of experience helping clients navigate and shape the political, legislative and public affairs agenda. She is currently a Political Contributor on CNN and Political Director and Editor-at-Large for The Huffington Post, though she will leave her position as Political Director for Huffington Post. Ms. Rosen is also the former Chairman and chief executive officer of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), the trade group representing the U.S. sound recording industry where she served for 17 years before retiring in June 2003.

Ms. Rosen's commentary has appeared in multiple publications including The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Wired Magazine, Billboard, Business 2.0, Variety, Capitol File Magazine and of course and Earlier in her career, Rosen worked for former Governor Brendan Byrne and Senator Bill Bradley. Ms. Rosen served as the transition director in 1992 for then newly elected Senator Dianne Feinstein.
