SAP names Robert M. Calderoni to global managing board

Walldorf, Germany - November 14, 2012, Walldorf, Germany - SAP AG, a software company, announced that Robert M. Calderoni, chairman and chief executive officer of Ariba, Inc., an SAP company, has been named to the SAP global managing board.

Since joining Ariba in 2000, Mr. Calderoni has successfully transformed the company from a procurement applications vendor to the world's most powerful global business commerce network. Prior to joining Ariba, Mr. Calderoni served as senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Avery Dennison.

Before joining Avery Dennison, he was senior vice president of finance and corporate controller for Apple Computer, Inc., and chief financial officer and vice president of finance for IBM Storage Systems division. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company.
