Napa Truffle Festival: Taste, learn and experience the magic of truffles

The 10th Annual Napa Truffle Festival will again host Michelin star chefs from the United States and Europe to celebrate the Périgord black truffle.

From January 17-20, 2020, Napa Valley will again host four-day event drawing foodies, chefs, and truffle growers to legendary Napa Valley for a weekend of exceptional cuisine, excellent wine, and the very best of the world’s truffles.

America’s Top Truffle Chef, Ken Frank, returns to the Napa Truffle Festival to lead the master chefs’ team in the creation of truffle menus. Michelin star Chef Ken is widely considered the top truffle chef of North America. He is also the only U.S. chef to be knighted by the Order of the Knights of the Truffle and Wines of Alba, Italy.

Joining Ken in creating your very special VIP Black Diamond Experience dinner will be: Juan José Cuevas, Executive Chef, 1919 Restaurant, Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, San Juan, Puerto Rico, Michael Smith, Executive Chef, Farina, Kansas City, Missouri and Raphaël Vionnet, Executive Chef & Owner, Restaurant Raphaël Vionnet, Thonon-les-Bains, France.

Gourmands and aspiring truffle growers alike will find a bounty of activities throughout the festival weekend to satisfy their appetite and curiosity for the flavor and knowledge of one of the world’s most prized and delectable foods.

Also featured will be cooking demos, fresh truffles for sale and a chance to win a real black truffle.

There will also be truffle experts and scientists, a master truffle dog trainer, wild mushroom foragers, and everyone’s favorites - the truffle dog training demo.
